The mulch has washed away to the left of the far gate and there is small area where there is a >2 inch gap there. Operator heaped up mulch to fill in the gaps under the fence during inspection.
The door from the club house to the pool has a height sensor. It will not open for children.
One of the gates on the pool deck broke during testing. It will remain locked until repaired.
Comment: The gate on the left as you exit the clubhouse was catching and not properly latching from 1 inch open. CPO was able to adjust the gate and get it to latch during inspection, but this gate should be monitored to insure that it continues to self-latch from 1 inch open.
