General Comments
The wood cutting board being used in the kitchen is not ideal for commercial food preparation. Recommend using plastic cutting boards. In the kitchen, it appears that both sinks are being utilized for dish washing/air drying. One sink must be designated for dish washing, one must be designated for handwashing.
