Doors leading from both the clubhouse and the restrooms coming from the clubhouse were self closing but would not latch 1 inch out. Doors repaired and now latching at 1 inch out; Erosion under pool fence line has caused areas under fence to be more than 4 inches. There is to be more no more than 4 inches of clearance under the fence; Possible foot hold on right side of pool fence directly adjacent to playground. Electrical box for lighting. Area shielded with plexiglass to eliminate foot hold.

Light in pump room tied to same switch as fan. The fan must remain on at all times. Light switch secured so that both the light and the fan stay on. ; Chemicals stored in pump room. Pump rooms are not to be used for chemical storage. Chemicals removed and placed into chemical storage room. Cleaning also needed of this area. Floors very soiled as well as fan vent cover.

Replace damaged plexiglass on pool gate so as to provide 18" of protection from door handle so children can not reach through gate and open door. Doors allowing access to pool deck from club house must be self-closing and self-latching.
