16. Several areas of the fence are not 48 inches high, the height ranges from 43-47". Fence around the pool enclosure should be 48 inches or greater. The sliding glass doors from the clubhouse are not approved, they are not self-closing or self-latching, they must remained locked at all times. There are several areas along the bottom of the fence that have more than a 4 inch gap, these area include but are not limited to the fence near the office building and at the corner of the fence by the equipment room/shower where cinder blocks are stacked; the areas with a gap greater than 4 inches should be closed up. 4.0
25. The pump and chemical rooms need to be cleaned out. Only pool equipment should be in the pump room. Only chemicals should be in the chemical room. Repair the leaking pipe in the equipment room. 2.0
27. The backwash pipe does not have an air gap. The backwash must have an air gap, install within 30 days. 2.0
28. The bathroom is located inside of the office/clubhouse; the front door is the only access to the bathrooms. When the office is closed, there is no access to the bathrooms so the pool must be closed. Also, the bathroom inside of the office is a single unisex bathroom, pool rules require separate male and female bathrooms; by next pool season, this must be corrected or permits will not be issued. It is recommended to add the bathrooms to the pool area so that there is bathroom access when the office is closed. 2.0

There are three sliding glass doors that go to the pool from the office. Two of the doors have been permanently closed. Boards were screwed to the floor at the base of the door so they will not open. The other door now has an audible alarm. One gate is chained shut and the other gate works great.

The sliding glass doors must have an audible alarm and alarm when the door is open or be permanently shut or removed and put up a self closing self latching door with the latch at least 54 inches above the grade or you could redo the fence so the sliding glass door does not open onto the pool deck as discussed. If the fence was moved to the yellow line only one gate would be needed. 4.0
