There is an access gate on the far end of the fence that normally stays chained and locked but the CPO said it was left open during swim meets for exiting. The gate is not self-closing or self-latching and cannot be left open. There is a spot where a self-closing gate can be added between the other gate that would meet regulations. Behind the outside storage area, outside of the far back corner fence, there is a small wooden fence on the neighboring property that creates a foothold within 35 inches of the top of the chainlink fence; there cannot be a foothold within 45 inches.
