General Comments
Pool did not pass inspection today. 2015 permit not issued.

Door leading from dining room into pool enclosure would not close properly at time of inspection. Door repaired and closing properly before REHS departed.

General Comments
Emergency telephone provided and address correct in 911 with the exception of having Apartment D added to address. REHS will return in 1 week to ensure that Apartment D has been removed from address in 911. No night time swimming until lighting has been confirmed to be adequate= 30 foot candles illuminating all parts of pool bottom and pool deck. REHS will return 5.8.14 at 9pm to confirm lighting is adequate.
Reagents for testing free chlorine were out at the time of visit. Must have reagents available for testing water.

When EHS called 911 they were unable to hear. The phone was adjusted but when EHS tried again it was still not working properly. Make sure it is always working properly.

Permit not issued. Call 919-856-7400 to pay reinspection fee and then EHS to schedule reinspection.
Light switch needs to be modified so that exhaust fan remains on. Fan and light were on at time of inspection. Fan could accidently be turned off if not modified.
