Over-all disinfectant solutions were good. A few disinfectant bottles measured at 1000 ppm chlorine. Disinfectant was diluted to within the 500-800 ppm range. There was variation amongst chlorine levels in bottles though all were from the same batch of disinfectant. Continue rinsing and washing spray bottles.

After extensive discussion with Thomas Jumalon about the storage of emergency medications it was determined that if an emergency medication is specifically assigned to an individual with appropriate supporting documentation that the medication is for that individual and is for emergency use this medication as long as it is stored 5 feet or higher is ok to be unlocked.

Hot water below 80F in numerous classrooms. Provide 80F-110F water at all hand sinks. Hand sinks that had their own individual water heaters under basins have been tied into the facilities plumbing. During first runs the water at most of these sinks were within correct temperature ranges. Before end of inspection REHS found sinks with water well below the 80F minimum. Upon returning to sinks that were originally within correct temperature ranges these sinks had dropped below 80F as well. Acme plumbing of Durham NC performed work on plumbing. They are returning to investigate and repair.

Even though this room is not part of the daycare it is potentially accessible and therefore all chemicals inside must be properly secured.
