8. 2-301.14; Priority; Employee observed wiping gloves on outer closing as well as touching glasses and face with gloves on without changing gloves and washing hands in between. Employees shall wash hands after touching body parts as well as in between tasks. Corrected During Inspection - Manager address the need for hand washing and employee washed hands. 0.0
8. 2-301.12; Priority; Employee observed washing hands, but did not wash for at least 10-15 seconds. Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed part of their arms by rinse under clean, running warm water, applying an amount of cleaning compound recommended by the cleaning compound manufacturer, rubbing together vigorously for at least 10 to 15 seconds while paying particular attention to removing soil from underneath the fingernails during the cleaning procedure. Employees shall also create friction on the surfaces of the hands and arms or surrogate prosthetic devices for hands and arms, finger tips, and areas between the fingers, thoroughly rinse under clean, running warm water and immediately follow the cleaning procedure with thorough drying using a method as specified under sec.
